Madeira Park is an unincorporated community, the main shopping centre for Pender Harbour and located off Highway 101.

The village of Madeira Park is where you will find the IGA, liquor store, pharmacy, hardware, cafe's and several smaller shops.

The Madeira Park government dock is located in the Village of Madeira Park and provides over 400 metres of moorage.
